Jason helps business owners and individuals plan by offering solutions and strategies that can help reduce risk levels based on his client’s goals and needs.


Jason is a Penn State alumni and graduated with a degree in Actuarial Science and a minor in Mathematics and Business. He has been in the financial services industry since 2002. After spending 8 years in the industry as a credentialed Actuary, Jason shifted from building products to selling and implementing plans as a Financial Advisor. In 2016, he received the Retirement Income Certified Professional designation (RICP®) from The American College. Jason is a current board member at the Society of Professional Women (SPW) and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors of Greater Philadelphia (NAIFA).


Born in Abington, Jason is a Pennsylvania native. He currently lives in Ambler, Pennsylvania with his wife Ashley, daughter Jade, daughter Ariella, and daughter Chloe!  Jason enjoys spending time with family, golfing and watching the Phillies and Eagles.

Brandon helps individuals, families, and business owners create custom financial plans consisting of investment and insurance strategies tailored to fit their specific needs and goals. He utilizes a holistic approach developed through his experience as a portfolio manager for a hedge fund, with a focus on how individual financial decisions affect the big picture. 

These custom plans often coincide with the current tax planning and estate planning already in place. Developing a working relationship with existing advisors in a client's financial picture is a big piece to developing an overall financial plan.

Tricia prides herself in helping people make financial decisions to help create a successful, financial future. She understands that no two clients are alike and offers personalized, comprehensive financial strategies for individuals and families.  As both financial advisor and client services manager with Clear Path Financial, she helps clients with all steps of financial organization and helps ensure they are on track for success.

Tricia graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Ballet Performance/Choreography. Before her career in financial services, she was a professional ballet dancer, performing and teaching ballet in the Philadelphia area. While working with new clients, she understands that each client has a different situation and unique financial goals, and offers financial recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner. She currently resides in Philadelphia and enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and hiking with her dog.

In February 2024, Rob became a part of the Clear Path team. Having graduated from Temple University with both a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a master's degree in Finance, he has been an active participant in the financial services industry since 1994. For two decades, he served as an Analyst at Bloomberg LP before returning to his alma mater to earn a certificate in Financial Planning.

Outside of work, Rob indulges in his love for rock climbing and biking and is affiliated with the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia. Along with his wife Kristen, he currently resides in Newtown, Pennsylvania with his sons, Grant, Luke, and Everett.

Robert is a former member of the U.S. Air Force and served our country in Operation Desert Storm. Upon graduating with a bachelor of science degree in finance from Bloomsburg University, Rob began his financial services career with a focus on helping business owners, professionals, pre-retirees, and retirees.

He is a native of the Lehigh Valley and has spent over 20 years building his practice and positive reputation in the community. As the father of a son with Down Syndrome, Rob has developed a passion and skill for working with more complex situations that typically involve children and adults with special needs. For this reason, he earned his Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC) designation from the American College and became a SpecialCare Planner.

He acts as an advocate for his families and as a financial coordinator bringing together the efforts of attorneys, accountants, and trust officers.

Rob is married with 4 children, Victoria, Ryan, Adam, and Isabella, and he resides in Center Valley, PA. He is an active member of the Eastern PA Down Syndrome Center (EPDSC).

Denise is the Executive Assistant to Robert Touzeau. She is dedicated to building relationships between Clear Path Financial and its clients. Within the business, Denise plays an important servicing role on the special care planning team. She has the opportunity to interact with families in the community who have special needs, as well as the organizations that support them. She finds this a truly rewarding benefit of her position and is proud to support the ongoing efforts of this often overlooked, but very important group of families.

Denise stems from central New Jersey and has lived in the Lehigh Valley for over 19 years. She is an animal lover, and advocate for pet rescue and welfare. In her spare time, Denise enjoys camping, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Kyle M. Dunn, MBA

Kyle began his career in the property and casualty market and eventually began working closely with business owners, individuals and families. Within this market, Kyle has found a passion to help his clients make a difference that will last generations.


As an insurance professional, Kyle assists his clients with their planning needs by focusing on simplifying the process, educating on how whole life insurance can supplement retirement income streams. In conjunction with other advisors, Kyle is able to offer clients an array of insurance solutions based on their individual needs and goals.


Kyle graduated from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, and continued his education, receiving his MBA in 2012.
As a Pennsylvania native, Kyle grew up in Doylestown, PA where he still lives with his wife, son Brayan, daughter Briella, and black lab. He has an appreciation for cars (both classic and current) and audio visual equipment.

Adam Bykowski

Adam’s passion to helping individuals, families, and business owners grow and protect what they've built for themselves and others around them.

After entering the financial services industry right after college, he realized that it provided him with the perfect opportunity to combine his passion for problem-solving, relationship building, and desire to learn while being able to positively impact the lives of those around him and help them achieve their definition of success. He believes that a successful financial future doesn't need to be extremely complicated and he enjoys educating others on how to simplify and streamline their retirement planning.

Adam earned his bachelor's degree from Temple University, where he studied Economics. Adam currently resides in Philadelphia with his girlfriend, Olivia. He constantly craves outdoor activities and often visits the Pocono Mountains have to ski and golf. He also enjoys traveling the world and experiencing all the different cultures. Eastern Europe is his favorite destination, as he speaks Polish fluently.

Rob Glycenfer

Rob wakes up every morning with a mission to help families and businesses plan for today and prepare for tomorrow. He prides himself in getting to know each client so that he can understand their individual needs and what matters most to them. This helps him recommend products and strategies designed to meet their current, and more importantly, future needs.

Rob earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Wilkes University in 2011. He chose the financial services industry because of its entrepreneurial freedom and the opportunity to make a difference in peoples’ lives. After a few years in the industry, he found a passion for helping business owners. This led him to take the next step in advancing his practice and earning the CFBS, Certified Family Business Specialist designation.

Outside of the office, Rob's life is centered around staying active and playing golf. He enjoys spending his time with family and friends, whether it's at the golf course, watching Philadelphia sports, or exploring all that the city has to offer.

Erik began his career at Accenture Management Consulting, helping Fortune 100 companies solve large and complex problems, both financial and operational, to improve their top line or save through to the bottom line through process improvement and improved strategy – working with clients such as Heinz, Target, USPS, Time Warner Cable and many others.

In 2015, Erik took that skill set into private practice, and has since helped hundreds of individuals solve financial problems and take advantage of opportunities through improved strategy and process.   Beginning with the end in mind and driven by process, Erik helps his clients increase clarity and visibility within their personal finances and more importantly reach their goals by both planning for immediate results as well as implementing advanced, long-term strategies in complex areas, specializing in retirement

Thorough and innovative, Erik produces measurable results through a client centric retirement planning process, with the goal in mind to maximize future income, liquidity, and legacy, while building in maximum control and flexibility along the way.  His belief is that almost always, retirement is the most difficult personal financial problem to solve; and if it can be solved, then all other planning decisions become easier.  Most importantly, solving the question of retirement tends to bring significant peace of mind.

Erik is a registered investment and insurance advisor and has a book of business that spans from coast to coast.  He has been a CFP® Professional since 2017 and in 2022 added his RICP® (Retirement Income Certified Professional), a designation held by only 17% of advisors across the country. 

Erik serves as a board member for A Kid’s Place of Tampa Bay and the Round of a Lifetime Foundation. In his free time, Erik enjoys spending quality time with his wife Melanie, his two daughters Shayla and Devy, his extended family and friends.
